| Michael James Baldasaro | Yes | Yes. Parliament continually passes laws that the Courts have found unconstitutional. This is proof that Parliament is not doing its job. Perhaps there should be a means test, at least one a Candidate could point to as having passed? One that includes Charter Rights and Government Rules and Regulations etc. |
