Bio | I was born in Chatham, Ontario and raised by Christian parents who instilled the beliefs and values that I still hold and treasure to this day.
I moved to Ancaster to attend Redeemer College University, where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in both History and Political Science. In 1999 I married my wife Karen, and we presently reside in St. Ann's with our five children. We are members of the Attercliffe Canadian Reformed Church and over the past number of years we have volunteered our time at many church and school functions. After years of working in the landscaping industry I started out on my own in 2006 and we still own and operate our company serving the Hamilton and Niagara areas. I have a deep interest in Canadian politics, which I discovered while in University, and since that time have maintained that interest by reading books and newspapers and listening to talk radio. I truly believe that Christians have sat idly by for far too long while the core Christian principles of our country have been slowly eroded away. For the sake of my children I hope more Christians will become actively involved in politics and restore Canada to her true Christian Heritage. |
