Bio | John Vail has lived in the riding of Hamilton Centre for 13 years. He worked in the Commercial Real Estate field for the past 27 years as a former Realtor.
Prior to real estate, John worked for the Ministry of Community and Social Services. He also worked as Director of Finance of a Major Publishing Company, He is a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified Management Accountant and articled at a major Canadian Accounting Firm. John has a BA from the University of Toronto and Executive Designations from McMaster University as a Chartered Director, Audit Committee Certified, and Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified. His extensive volunteer service in the community includes Board Chair of a United Way, a Real Estate Board, and a Condominium Corporation and other volunteer organizations. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Business Development Committee, Hamilton Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Connections Committee. |
